New Condominiums Launched in Kanazawa

Daikyo recently opened its showroom for a new condominium under construction in the redeveloped area of Kanazawa. This project is the company's first project in the Hokuriku area, which is undergoing major redevelopment. The project is located in the Musashiminami area of Kanazawa, close to the Omicho fish market. It will be 18 stories high and have 138 units in total (127 for sale). The model showroom opened on November 2nd and allowed purchasers to buy units via a reservation system.

The name of the property is "Lions Mansion Musashi." Featured highlights of the project will be its higher than average ceilings and interior corridors, which are designed to ensure residents' privacy. Units will also come equipped with an improved efficiency water heater that uses both gas and electric. Completion is scheduled in late September 2021.
