PRO-ONE SMART OFFICE is a commercial building built in the newly developed business area that is only 1km north of the capital city Ulaanbaatar.
As the building is named “smart office”, although it has 18 floors in total, the units on 3rd floor to 16th floor are comparatively small (MIN 22.75㎡). The average age of people in Mongolia is 27 years old and most of companies in Ulaanbaatar are SMEs companies.
