SATAO Development Limited is one of the subsidiary of HTTK CONSTRUCTION CO.,LTD. From the 1st day of our business, our Vision & Goal is to create innovative designs and build high quality homes to cater all our clients. Founder Mr. Heng Siv vin, graduated a degree in Interior Design from Singapore, he has gained most of his experienced working in Singapore Construction industry. With his family strong support, he has decided to return to his home country to fulfil his dreams and desire to build homes where people would truly love to live in. Their family businesses are well established in Cambodia for the past 22 years in the Quarry industry, Drilling Machinery, Construction and other import & export of LED Lightings. They have good business network and strong connection with many suppliers in the country such as Metal & Steel, Sand, Cement & Concrete, tiles.
