Wonder Development is a wholly owned subsidiary of a fund managed by Wonder Capital Group. The Fund’s investors include Hong Kong professional investors such as institutional investors, Hong Kong listed companies and high-net-worth individuals. Wonder Capital Group is a holder of a Type 9 Asset Management license granted by the Securities of Futures Commission of Hong Kong. The management team has over 20 years of real estate investment experience and has held Asia-pacific executive roles for international asset managers with over hundred billions US dollars of assets under management. We have carefully assembled an internationally renowned team responsible for the construction, architectural design, project management and consultancy services of the Mesong project. The team consists of Novo Architects, an award-winning British architectural designer, Mott Macdonald, a world-class structural and mechanical engineer, and Sanbase Corporation, a Hong Kong-listed interior designer. We have also built solid partnerships with reputable local Cambodian enterprises such as Canadia Integrated Enterprise Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Cambodia. In support of development of Mesong, we have successfully received tremendous support and financing from Canadia Bank of Cambodia, a subsidiary of Canadia Integrated Enterprise Group.
