The project comprises twin towers - a 50-storey residential tower and a 38-storey office tower - with apartments of a total 66,484sqm for sale, and office space of a total 35,960sqm available for lease, along with a 25,000sqm shopping mall. FLC Twin Towers includes a wide range of amenities such as shopping malls, commercial centers, food court, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, spa, international kindergarten. FLC Twin Towers is located at 265 Cau Giay Street, adjacent to Tran Dang Ninh Street and Chua Ha Street, in the center of the triangle of Yen Hoa, Nghia Tan, and Thu Le Park.
