On the top floor of the noble XV century Palazzo Boldù, overlooking the small campo "Santa Maria Nova", we can find this charming attic on the 3rd and 4th floor, with an approved project for the construction of a stunning wooden terrace on the rooftop. The third floor (130 square meters) is composed of a large entrance hall leading to the living area, a hallway, a bright and equipped kitchen, a windowed bathroom and two large bedrooms; in the attic floor we can find a beautiful open space area, characterized by the beautiful wooden trusses and hollow tiles in brick, with heights up to 3.5 meters. The apartment is very bright and every room enjoys amazing open views over the characteristic venetian rooftops and the church of San Giovanni e Paolo up to the St. Mark's tower bell.

Cannaregio is the northernmost of the six historic sestieri (districts) of Venice. It is the second largest sestiere by land area and the largest by population. The Cannaregio Canal, which was the main route into the city until the construction of a railway link to the mainland, gave the district its name (Canal Regio is Italian for Royal Canal). Development began in the eleventh century as the area was drained and parallel canals were dredged. Although elegant palazzos were built facing the Grand Canal, the area grew primarily with working class housing and manufacturing. Beginning in 1516, Jews were restricted to living in the Venetian Ghetto. It was enclosed by guarded gates and no one was allowed to leave from sunset to dawn. However, Jews held successful positions in the city such as merchants, physicians, money lenders, and other trades. The apartment is located on the border with the Castello district, just a few minutes walk from Strada Nuova, nestled between the campo "Santi Apostoli" and "San Giovanni e Paolo".
