A toukibo, or register, is public register that is kept in a registry office. Commercial register carry information related to companies and property register carry specific information related to property.
The real estate registration is exhibited to the public so that people can get information about land and buildings. As a result, people can grasp the situation of property. In other word, people can judge whose property this is and where a property is.
When it comes to the property register book, there are two types: land register and building register. Additionally, it is separated by “registration of a description” and “registration of a right”. In registration of a right, there are two parts. I call it A part and B part here. Finally, it consists of “registration of a description”, “A part of registration of a right” and “B part of registration of a right”. Furthermore, buildings are registered per building and land is registered per one block.
Registration of a description
In regards to information about the land which consists of location, address, situation, area, and so on.
In regards to buildings, it consists of address, number of houses, types, structures, and area of the floor.
A part of registration of a right
It is carried about the owner. When you see it, you can know whose property this is and how the owner got ownership. Moreover, this part consists of registration for the transfer of real property, provisional registration about ownership, distraction, and provisional disposition.
B part of registration of a right
It is carried mortgage. In other words, you can check your right except for ownership. It is consisted of setting a mortgage, setting surface rights, and setting commission.
Besides that, you can check and get a copy of the certified register as long as you pay for commission.
