Two New Condominium Projects Launch in Tokyo’s Bunkyo Ward

Open House Development has launched two new condominium projects in the Bunkyo Ward of Tokyo. “Open Residencia Sendagi Front Court” with a total of 32 units and “Open Residencia Koishikawa Harimazaka” with a total of 41 units.

 Sendagi Front Court is a 3-minute walk from Sendagi Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line and is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The site area is about 715 square meters and five stories tall with a total floor area of 2,042 square meters. Construction is scheduled to be completed in February 2021, with delivery slated for late March of the same year. The floor plan ranges from 1LDK to 3LDK, with sizes ranging from 33.23 to 70.10 square meters. Prices will range from 41.9 million ($384,000) to 88.8 million yen ($814,000). Open Residencia Koishikawa Harimazaka

 Koishikawa Harimazaka is a 6-minute walk from Myogadani Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and is located near several universities. The site area is 546 square meters, with ten floors. The total floor area is approximately 2,866 square meters. Construction is scheduled to be completed in May 2021, and delivery is expected later in the same month. The floor plans range from 1LDK to 3LDK with sizes from 32.34 to 70.21 square meters. The price will range from 38.2 million ($350,000) to 95.5 million yen ($875,600).
