The popular Japanese hospitality chain, APA Hotel, opened its 5th hotel in Chiba prefecture, named APA Hotel Chiba Station.
It is located 2 minutes on foot from JR Chiba Station and 4 minutes on foot from Chiba City Monorail and Keisei Chiba Line at Keisei Chiba Station. With excellent access to Tokyo and direct access to Narita Airport, there is expected to be huge demand from locals, as well as international travelers for business and leisure.

The hotel has 258 standard rooms and one deluxe twin room. All rooms are non-smoking and come with a secure storage space underneath the bed. Premium mattresses will also aid the weary by providing improved sleep. The desks are equipped with universal outlets that can accommodate plugs from nearly everywhere in the world. All rooms will come with heated toilet seats, as well as large 50 inch LCD TVs, which can display YouTube and other popular apps directly from guest's phones.
A restaurant will be open from breakfast until dinner time on the ground floor to serve diners. The new hotel will also come with an express checkout option, which will allow guests to bypass the front desk and drop their room cards into a machine to checkout.
"The APA Hotel Network has grown to be the largest in the country with 640 hotels and 100,576 rooms, including those currently under design and construction," stated APA Group President Toshio Motoya. Although occupancy rates across the group's chain of hotels have taken a dive recently due to the coronavirus epidemic, APA's president is confident that this situation is "only temporary" and that the hotel will see demand roaring back once everything has settled.
