New Apartment Building Opens at Komae Station in Tokyo
Odakyu Real Estate recently completed the construction of a new rental apartment named "Lesia Komae".
The building has 30 units in total and is seven stories high. It is just 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo's Komae Station on the Odakyu Line. Also nearby is the newly built condominium "Leafia Komae Idea Casa".
The exterior of the building was finished with stone-grained tiles and plaster walls, and the color scheme is based on a monotone scheme to create an urban atmosphere. The interior corridor was styled to create a sense of quality and ensure privacy. Room types are all studios (1K) with a size between 21.75 sqm to 22.39 sqm.
