According to the Osaka Tourism Bureau, the number of foreign tourists who visited Osaka in 2016 was approximately 9.41 million and has hit record highs for the fourth consecutive year from 2013. The town of Nanba in Osaka is full of foreign tourists, and various languages can be heard spoken in Shinsaibashi shopping district.
