A 4-minute walk from Matsui Yamate Station on the JR Gakken Toshi Line ensures residents will be well connected. Trees are planted everywhere to ensure the privacy of its residents and create ample greenspace. There will also be wooden fences erected to separate homes for extra privacy. Each house will come equipped with a wooden deck and a tiled terrace. The town will also have a community association to make sure residents maintain the homes and lawns to a certain standard.
