Most Expensive Tokyo Ward (Real Estate Prices): According to Standard Land Price survey extracted from Land Value Database, Chou Ward is the highest average transaction price both for a new and second-hand apartment, because it is considered as the heart of Tokyo, Japan. Normally, It's referred as Chou-City, which means in Japanese a central ward. Chiyoda Ward came in second with an average price of 5,385,180 yen/m2, Minato on third with an average price of 3.28 million/m2, Shibuya Ward and Shinjuku attained the fourth and fifth place with average 3,26, 8176 yen/m2, 292,8338 yen/m2 respectively. They want to know the Tokyo least expensive real estate wards prices. As compared to the Tokyo central city these least expensive wards have average 26% lower rent. The average transaction price of least expensive wards of Tokyo city is published by the land value database, shown in Graph. Greater Tokyo Real Estate Prices:According to United Nations, Greater Tokyo has 3.8 million populations and covers an area of approximately 13,500 km2, which makes it the second largest Metropolitan area in the World following New York City. As the Real Estate Economic Institute has stated, a total of 3,426 condominiums were released for sale in greater Tokyo in July, up 50.0% from the previous month and up 3.3% from last year. The average price of a new apartment across Greater Tokyo was 65,620,000 Yen, and the average sale price per square meter was 952,000 Yen. It is good to know about latest per square meter real estate prices of Greater Tokyo, shown in the graph 3.
