The exterior has a design that blends the old with the new and matches the surrounding colors found around Ginza and Tsukiji. At the building's entrance is a glasswork art of the "Sea of Tsukiji" by renowned Japanese glass sculptor, Mari Noguchi, whose work has appeared in The Ritz Carlton Tokyo Chapel and The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. A rooftop terrace with relaxing views of the city will be one of the common areas available to residents.
The building will have a total of 161 units. Available room sizes will range from 54.59sqm - 88.61sqm, with 2LDK - 4LDK floor plans. Selling prices start from 69.9 million yen and go up to 147.7 million yen. Completion is slated for late October 2021, with occupancy scheduled for the following month.
