Bangkok popular property investment

・Sukhumvit (Nana~Asoke)

High-rise office building and commercial facilities stand side by side around Asok BTS Station. Since many western and Arabian people live there, various foreign meals are available at restaurants. In the area between Nana station and Asoke station, there are many expensive residences and general hospital, Bumrungrad International Hospital, where other languages are available. Many souvenir shops are open for visitors during the day, and many people gather at a nightclub, disco, and bar in the night time. This area is recommended for those who prefer busy and entertaining area.

・Sukhumvit(Asoke~Ekkamai)

Condominiums and apartments are gathered in this area. The number of Japanese residents is the highest in this area since there are many Japanese supermarkets and restaurants. Especially the area between Phrom Phong station and Thong Lo station is popular among Japanese. This is because the area has shuttle bus to Japanese school and has the best location to commute to factories in the suburb. Also, because north part of Sukhumvit still has the small number of new properties, there might be a high demand for rent in the future. Moreover, the average rental fee in this area is relatively high.

・Sukhumvit(Ekkamai~On Nut)

Since the area around On Nut station does not have Japanese supermarkets and restaurants, there are not so many Japanese people. However, several high-rise condominiums have been constructed recently. There is a possibility that the demand for the residence will increase in the future because the area is only 2 to 3 stations from the city centre of Bangkok.

・Sukhumvit (On Nut)

This area has two major commercial facilities, and another shopping mall “THE BANGKOK MALL” is under construction. Because many condominiums are also during the construction around Udom Suk station and Bearing station, it is expected that the number of local residents will increase.
